Role Purpose

As a Commercial Operations Specialist you will play a key role across commercial supplier client and internal teams ensuring the proper execution and follow-up of contracts logistics operations and administrative processes.

You will sit at the center of the operation driving order traceability and efficiency at every stage of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate import/export processes and related documentation
Manage the operational flow between clients suppliers and internal teams
Monitor contracts ensuring proper execution and closure
Coordinate logistics documentation and shipment dispatch
Handle logistics claims in collaboration with quality risk and commercial teams
Ensure accurate invoicing and payment processes (AP/AR) in coordination with Finance
Maintain updated databases and operational records
Support the commercial team in the operational execution of the business
Ensure high service levels and responsiveness to clients and suppliers

Key Requirements

Degree in International Trade Business Administration or related fields
Experience in import/export documentation and logistics operations

Intermediate Excel and Office tools
Intermediate English (reading and communication)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate multiple stakeholders
