Role Purpose
As an Applications Support Coordinator (ERP JD Edwards) you will be responsible for ensuring the stability availability and continuous evolution of the companys application ecosystem.
Your role will be key in maintaining operational continuity optimizing processes and translating business needs into effective solutions with a strong focus on JD Edwards as a critical system.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a support team fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Define monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs guaranteeing efficient response and resolution times
Act as an escalation point for complex incidents (Level 1 and 2) particularly within JD Edwards and related applications
Identify improvement opportunities in system usage and propose solutions to optimize operations
Manage relationships with vendors and external support (Level 3) ensuring effective resolution of critical issues
Oversee ticket flow and service desk operations
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of processes and implemented solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally to align systems with business needs
What profile are we looking for
A technical profile with strong business orientation capable of leading prioritizing and managing operations effectively.
We are looking for someone who goes beyond incident resolution someone who can analyze trends identify root causes and design sustainable solutions that deliver long-term value.
Key Requirements
35 years of experience in application support or functional consulting
Strong hands-on experience with JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne)
Experience leading technical teams (at least 12 years)
Degree in Systems Computer Science or related fields
Knowledge of business processes: finance procurement sales inventory or manufacturing
Strong understanding of key JD Edwards modules
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (preferably ITIL)
Experience with ticketing/service desk tools
SQL skills for querying and reporting
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java PHP C# among others
Experience with Windows batch processes
Knowledge of APIs / Webservices
Familiarity with tools such as Power BI QlikSense or similar (nice to have)
Intermediate English
