Remote Sales Intern

A Day in the Life
As an Intern you will support remote sales activities for Medtronics Acute Care & Monitoring portfolio by helping to identify potential business opportunities and assisting in gathering market insights for both new and existing products. You will collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Customer Care Tender etc.) to support sales initiatives and contribute to strategic planning through research and analysis.
You will gain valuable experience in sales operations and market analysis within a leading global healthcare company while developing your communication analytical and teamwork skills. This internship will give you practical insight into remote sales processes and a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that shape patient care.

Duration: 18 weeks
Working hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility during exams)
Work model: hybrid (2 days in the office)
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Support remote sales activities of Medtronics products within assigned customer accounts in a specific territory to help achieve sales goals
Support processing sales orders and deliveries
Help identify potential leads and business opportunities and refer them internally when appropriate
Assist in gathering input on new markets new product introductions and existing products or supplies
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Recently graduated or in the final year of studies of bachelors or masters degree in Biomedical Engineering Sales Marketing Finance or a related field
Fluency in Romanian and English (at least B2 upper-intermediate level)
Ability to interpret basic sales data and work with Excel or similar tools
Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams)
Willingness to learn
Would be a plus:
Strong in quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational abilities with a customer-focused mindset
