HVAC Site Supervisor

Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a dynamic and innovative team We have an exciting opportunity to join our Queensland team (Cairns) as a Site this role youll play a key part in ensuring the successful installation testing and documentation of projects to meet customer specifications and quality assurance standards.

About the role:

• Coordinate Project Deliverables: Oversee the execution of assigned project deliverables and manage on-site activities.

• Ensure Safety Compliance: Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OHS&E regulations on site.

• Lead Projects: Provide leadership to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.

• Customer Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors.

• Quality Assurance: Prepare QA documentation and uphold high-quality work standards.

• Complete electrical installations compliant with AS 3000.

About you:

• 5 years Mechanical experience

• Experience with project delivery.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

• Detail-oriented organized and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Hold an electrical trade qualification (would be an advantage) and have a solid understanding of electrical drawings.
