Looking to Step Into a Supervisory Role

CrewSELECT is recruiting for a well-established residential renovation company seeking a Junior Site Supervisor / Coordinator to join their growing Renovations Department.

Based out of the companys Willetton office this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson or renovation professional looking to transition into a supervisory position while still remaining involved on-site. The role offers a genuine mix of hands-on work and project coordination providing valuable exposure to project management and client-facing responsibilities.

About the Role

This is a varied position split approximately 50/50 between site-based work and supervision/co-ordination duties.

Site Responsibilities:

• Site set-ups for bathroom kitchen and laundry renovation projects
• Assisting trades throughout renovation works
• General maintenance and finishing works
• Silicone application and finishing
• Minor tiling repairs and replacements
• Minor brickwork and rendering repairs
• Patch repairs and touch-up works
• Maintaining site presentation safety and organisation
• Assisting with project completion and defect rectification

Coordination & Supervision Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular site visits to monitor project progress
• Liaising with clients throughout the renovation process
• Coordinating subcontractors and scheduled trades
• Ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations
• Checking workmanship and project milestones
• Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
• Assisting with project planning and workflow management
• Supporting the successful delivery of multiple renovation projects

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience within residential construction maintenance or renovations
• Strong general building knowledge across multiple trades
• Experience with finishing works such as silicone patching minor tiling rendering or similar
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• A current Drivers Licence

Previous experience as a Leading Hand Site Coordinator Maintenance Supervisor or similar will be highly regarded; however candidates looking to take the next step in their career are encouraged to apply.
