Job Summary
As Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for leading evening service periods at Miss Mi ensuring exceptional guest experiences smooth operations and strong team leadership during dinner trade.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and enjoys leading from the floor while delivering memorable dining experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising dinner service operations at Miss Mi
- Leading and motivating the restaurant team during busy service periods
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving guest concerns professionally
- Ensuring service standards and brand expectations are consistently maintained
- Assisting with team training onboarding and development
- Supporting roster coordination and shift planning where required
- Managing table allocations reservations and service flow
- Assisting with beverage service upselling and menu knowledge coaching
- Maintaining cleanliness presentation and operational compliance standards
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hotel teams
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a restaurant bar or premium dining environment
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards
- Current RSA certification
- Availability to work evenings weekends and public holidays
- Experience within Asian dining concepts or hotel environments is advantageous
