As the Chief Development Officer youll work alongside our Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors and Advisory Councils playing a key role in shaping the future of our organization. Youll lead a talented team dedicated to fundraising and grant management and youll engage with major donors to help ensure we continue to be a force for good in the community.
Youll also have the chance to:

Develop innovative fundraising strategies from major gifts to capital campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors corporations and foundations.
Lead grant management efforts to secure vital resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Guide the Resource Development team and act as a visionary for future fundraising initiatives.
Fundraising: Drive strategies for major gifts planned giving corporate partnerships and annual campaigns.
Grant Management: Identify and pursue grant opportunities while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
Administration: Report progress to the CEO and Board manage donor records and ensure reconciliation with the Finance Department.
Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of development and grant professionals.

What Youll Bring:

ABachelors degreeis preferred.
Proven success infundraising including major gifts annual campaigns and grant writing.
Stellar communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performing team.
A passion for our mission and a commitment to driving positive change.
A desire to travel and engage with our communities frequently.
