SAP HCM Developer cum Tester

Position Description:

. Analyze business requirements related to HR processes and map them to SAP HCM functionalities
. Configure and support SAP HCM modules such as: Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management (TM) Payroll (optional / preferred) Benefits Administration (if applicable)
. Design and maintain HR master data infotypes workflows and HR reports
. Perform system configuration customization and unit testing
. Support end-to-end implementation rollouts and upgrades
. Handle incident management problem resolution and change requests
. Work with functional and technical teams for integrations (FI MM SuccessFactors thirdparty tools)
. Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces
. Support UAT data migration go-live and post-go-live activities
. Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR policies
. Provide user training documentation and knowledge transfer
