Job Summary

Job Description:

eLearning Development and Production (Primary)
- Convert SME-provided materials (notes slide decks demos job aids process documents) into engaging eLearning modules.
- Build eLearning modules in tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Develop on-screen content knowledge checks scenarios and interactions aligned to defined learning objectives.
- Draft audio scripts and narration notes where applicable.
- Integrate media elements including images video and screen captures.
- Produce supporting materials such as job aids learner guides and quick reference documents.
Instructional Design Contribution (Secondary)
- Apply adult learning principles within established design frameworks.
- Structure content for clarity engagement and usability.
- Design basic interactions and scenarios within predefined templates.
- Identify content gaps and provide recommendations to the TU team.

Quality Assurance and Standards
- Conduct thorough self-QA including proofreading functionality testing and media checks.
