Product Manager Bykea Technologies

Our client Bykea Technologies is looking for Product Manager in Karachi.

This role is a product manager plus go-to-market launcher role. What does that mean That means that we are looking for product managers with an entrepreneurial background (or spirit). Someone who can create a plan to launch test and scale our Bykea Food product. Someone who can combine their love of product development and business. Someone who gets things done.

Responsibilities for this role:

• Requirements gathering on existing and new product features to drive category level growth
  
• Avid researcher of global comparables and local best practices and build cases to negotiate engineering $s
  
• Work on journey mapping and basic design tools to document business requirements and processes for staff
  
• Defining product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the specific market segments target customers and product.
  
• Drive partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to deliver projects
  
• Influence operational staff in each city and ensure they have the tools to drive SLAs
  
• Audit journeys and processes in test environments to understand areas of improvement
  
• We are looking for a highly effective Product Manager that can make an immediate difference and help deliver value while maintaining a constant customer focus. You will work with your peers and engineering team to tackle hard problems with a growing Bykea service
  

Required Qualifications

• 5 years in product management or product marketing is required - please note that this is a product management role so understanding of user journeys product mapping content management and requirement gathering is a must!
  
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required
  
• Good understanding of data analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/MS or advanced degree in a related field preferred
  
• Previous experience managing consumer technology products and SaaS products
  
• Understanding of the Consumer services space particularly database and analytics.
  
• Experience with building products and services for marketplaces consumers local businesses and financial institutions
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
  
• Ability to analyze quantitatively problem-solve and scope business requirements
  
• Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion
  
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while building creative solutions
