Job Overview:

HR Business Solutions (HRBS) is seeking a Senior Finance Executive with 34 years of relevant experience to support the organizations financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Odoo or Zoho and possess strong knowledge of financial planning budgeting and invoicing processes. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can contribute to efficient financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasts to support organizational planning.
  
• Generate and manage client invoices and maintain accurate billing records.
  
• Maintain financial data and transactions using ERP systems such as Odoo or Zoho.
  
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis for management decision-making.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of financial transactions.
  
• Support the finance team with expense tracking reconciliations and financial monitoring.
  
• Maintain compliance with basic taxation requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
  
• 34 years of relevant finance experience in a similar role.
  
• Mandatory experience working with ERP systems such as Odoo or Zoho.
  
• Strong understanding of budgeting forecasting and invoicing processes.
  
• Basic knowledge of taxation is mandatory.
  
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
