About the Team & Business Line

The Middle Office Solutions (MOS) department provides an extensive suite of middle office solutions to clients within three main pillars; Trade Operations Collateral Operatons and Treasury & Cash Management.



Responsibilities

Position Overview

The SVP MOS is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence across Collateral Management Treasury/Cash Settlements and Trade Operations on behalf of Citcos global client base. The SVP will build and scale a best-in-class MOS Mumbai and Global Operations team serving as the primary relationship lead for key clients while ensuring day-to-day operations are executed accurately efficiently and in alignment with Citcos risk framework

Key Responsibilities

Communicate Citcos vision and strategic goals ensuring alignment of departmental objectives within MOS

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of MOSs end-to-end business operations and ecosystem products our clients trade

Serve as MOS Mumbais senior relationship lead acting as a trusted point of escalation for key clients

Champion a proactive risk culture encouraging teams to identify potential issues and escalate appropriately

Own and develop MOS Mumbais Risk Framework ensuring timely incident recording action plan completion and risk reporting to global stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement of the control environment providing business control metrics to senior leadership

Drive Succession Planning Resource Management and senior hiring decisions while ensuring headcount targets are achieved through accurate forecasting HC submissions and workforce metrics reporting

Lead coach and develop AVPs/VPs and MOS teams fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous growth.

Collaborate with the MOS onshore teams to facilitate new business onboardings while ensuring continuity and growth of existing client relationships

Lead local and global initiatives/Projects work with other Citcos offices and technology groups ensuring projects are delivered to completion.

Present performance insights product updates and future-state plans to senior management and global stakeholders.

About You

15 years of experience in financial services operations 10 Years of experience in managing staff

Proven track record of leading large multi-functional teams within a Fund Administration Custody or Capital Markets environment at a senior leadership level

Strong product knowledge across Domestic Global and OTC security markets Fixed Income and Derivative instruments with a solid understanding of Hedge Fund Operations and significant exposure to Payments Processing/Collateral Management

Familiarity with industry platforms regulatory frameworks and market infrastructure relevant to Payments and Collateral ecosystems.
