Program Lead, Process Automation

As aProgram Leadhere at Honeywell you will be responsible for overseeing and managing program activities to ensure successful execution and delivery. Your strong leadership skills strategic thinking and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving program success.

You will report directly to our Program Manager and youll work out of our Houston TX or Duluth GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will impact the organization by ensuring that programs are executed efficiently on time and within budget thereby contributing to Honeywells overall success and competitiveness in the market.

• Lead and manage program activities from initiation to closure.
• Develop program plans schedules and resource allocations.
• Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in program management software and tools.
• Experience in risk management and issue resolution.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
