Job Summary
To act as an integral part of the new business client on-boarding and the ongoing monitoring of processing client due diligence (CDD).
Support the CDD and Onboarding team with the execution of onboarding new business completion and collation of new business packs and undertaking ad-hoc searches and processing of CDD to ensure up to date information is held on clients in core systems.
What youll do
- Youll manage endtoend new business onboarding by scheduling NBAC/Discovery meetings within 24 hours preparing NBAC packs ahead of meetings maintaining trackers and drafting accurate meeting notes within 35 hours postmeeting.
- Youll execute onboarding and BAU CDD processes accurately and on time across core systems (5Series Imagein PureFunds and MaxComply) ensuring tracker logs and records are consistently updated.
- Youll ensure strong operational controls and data integrity by maintaining highquality records in Pure Client/5Series completing timely time recording responding promptly to emails and filing correspondence accurately.
- Youll conduct and qualityreview screening (GS WC RS) identify PEP connections highrisk red flags and provide clear risk justifications while adhering to regulatory requirements and appropriate mitigation measures.
- Youll support team effectiveness by escalating NBAC/CDD issues to management collaborating with Client Services Compliance and Operations adapting positively to change and actively managing your own training and development needs.

Qualifications :
- You demonstrate strong knowledge of Jersey AML/CFT/CPF regulations including the Jersey AML/CFT/CPF Handbook Money Laundering Legislation Funds & TCB Codes of Practice and global regulatory frameworks (OECD FATF ESMA) with hands-on experience applying AML/CTF risk assessment and due diligence standards.
- You have 23 years of experience in a Client Due Diligence (CDD) role within Private Wealth (Trust & Corporate) and Fund industries with a clear understanding of diverse client typologies (Funds companies trusts foundations pension funds insurance entities and investors).
- You are proficient in client onboarding and CDD/KYC processes including standard and enhanced due diligence applying Group and Jersey onboarding policies and supporting effective risk analytics monitoring and compliance decision-making.
- You possess excellent analytical criticalthinking and problemsolving skills combined with high integrity strong attention to detail clear communication and the ability to work independently or under pressure while providing sound recommendations.
- You are proficient in MS Word Excel and Access bring solid financial markets and industry knowledge collaborate effectively within teams and ideally hold an AML Certificate (or equivalent) with fluency in English and additional languages considered an advantage.
