Job Summary: A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers understanding their financial needs and providing suitable banking products and services. The role focuses on customer satisfaction business development and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products such as savings accounts loans investments insurance and other services.
Acquire new customers and expand the customer base through networking and referrals.
Handle customer queries resolve complaints and ensure a smooth banking experience.
Achieve assigned sales targets for various banking products and services.
Cross-sell and up-sell banking products based on customer needs.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to improve customer retention.
Maintain customer records and ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking policies.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing account services and other customer requirements.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
