The Role: Neighborhood Hero (aka Retail Associate)

Are you the person your friends call when they cant figure out how to format a PDF Do you have a secret talent for packing a box so securely it could survive a trip to Mars If youre a tech-savvy problem solver with a consider it done attitude we want you on the front lines.

We arent just shipping boxes; were saving the day. Whether its a frantic entrepreneur needing last-minute business cards or a grandparent mailing a fragile heirloom youre the expert they rely on.

What Youll Actually Be Doing

• Master of Machines: Youll be the pilot of our high-tech fleetcopiers fax machines laminators and binding gear. If it has a button or a touchscreen youre the boss of it.

• Logistics Legend: Youll receive and process packages like a pro ensuring everything gets where it needs to go safely and efficiently.

• The Answer Human: Youll advise customers on the best ways to ship print and promote turning Im not sure how to do this into Wow thanks!

• Store Curator: Youll help keep our space looking sharp organized and ready for action.

Are You The One

• Tech-Fluent: You know your way around Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites. You dont fear the Printer Error message; you conquer it.

• People Person: You have a genuinely helpful demeanor and a professional edge. You can talk to anyone and make their day better.

• Fast Learner: Youre like a sponge for information. You want to learn the ropes and then start showing others how its done.

• Reliable & Robust: Youre prompt responsible and dont mind a little heavy lifting (must be able to lift 40 lbs).

The Nitty-Gritty (Qualifications)

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience: Previous retail experience is a huge plus but a great attitude is a must.

• Skills: Strong math and spelling (because details matter!) great phone presence and top-tier listening skills.

• Availability: Ready to rock 20 to 40 hours per week across a 7-day work week.

  • Note: Weekends are part of the deal! Thats when the neighborhood needs us most.
