Are you a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced event-driven environment Were looking for an energetic and service-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to help create exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food service team leadership and operational this role youll lead concession and banquet operations during a variety of events ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from setup to cleanup. Youll supervise and coach team members support event execution maintain food safety and service standards and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests and clients alike. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys motivating teams solving challenges and delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment. This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00-$26.00

• Supervise concession and banquet operations during events.
• Lead event setup service and breakdown activities.
• Ensure high standards of food presentation cleanliness and guest service.
• Train coach and support food and beverage team members.
• Monitor staffing levels and workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain compliance with food safety sanitation and company standards.
• Assist with inventory control equipment management and event preparation.
• Foster a positive professional and team-focused work environment

• 23 years of experience in food and beverage hospitality catering banquet or event operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to train coach and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety sanitation inventory management and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication customer service problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays based on event needs.
• ServSafe Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to lead by example take initiative and contribute to a positive team culture.
