Care Assistant
Job Summary
What Youll Be Doing Youll help vulnerable clients live safely comfortably and independently in their own homes. Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and wellbeing your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care (washing dressing toileting and incontinence support)
- Medication support * Meal preparation and assistance
- Shopping and practical daily errands
- Light housekeeping (laundry tidying cleaning)
- Companionship and emotional support
Qualifications :
What Youll Need (Besides a Cape!) You dont need formal care experience! The skills youve gained from raising a family caring for loved ones or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full paid training is provided. Were looking for:
- Genuine empathy compassion and respect for others
- Reliability and a naturally caring nature
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
- The right to work in the UK (Please note: As an employer we are unfortunately unable to offer Visa sponsorship).
