Care Assistant

What Youll Be Doing Youll help vulnerable clients live safely comfortably and independently in their own homes acting as a friendly face and a vital pillar of support. Following personalised care plans your responsibilities will include:

• Personal care (washing dressing toileting and grooming)
• Medication support (preparation and administration)
• Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
• Mobility support and helping clients use equipment safely
• Light housekeeping (laundry tidying cleaning)
• Companionship emotional support and encouraging social engagement

Digital Documentation (logging visits and reporting any health changes)

Qualifications :

What Youll Need (Besides a Cape!) You dont need formal care experience! The skills youve gained from raising a family caring for loved ones or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Assistant. Full paid training is provided. Were looking for:

• Genuine empathy compassion and respect for others
• Reliability and a naturally caring positive nature
• Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
