About this placement:
This role is providing support for a gentleman that lives in Pocklington. After a hospital visit he is now ready to come home. The role will involve providing support reassurance and companionship. This will include assisting them with:
- Transportation
- Accompaniment
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Personal care
