Role Purpose
To provide high-quality compassionate care to clients in their own homes supporting them with daily activities personal care companionship and maintaining independence. This role will help clients remain safe comfortable and engaged in their communities. We are specifically looking for Care Professionals Care Assistants Carers & Domiciliary Care Workers in the Wider Loughborough area to support clients around Charnwood.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing dressing toileting) and daily living activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support clients with mobility medication prompts and light household tasks
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in clients needs to the office
- Maintain accurate records and complete any required documentation (e.g. visit notes incident forms)
- Work safely and adhere to all company policies safeguarding and health & safety procedures
- Attend training sessions refresher courses and meetings as required
Availability:
The ideal candidates we are looking for are those with availability to support with:
- Morning Visits (Starting from 8:00am) paid at 13 per hour
- Evening Visits (Finishing at 10:00pm) paid at 14 per hour
- Weekend Visits paid at 14 per hour
Requirements
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Must be based in Charnwood or surrounding areas with your own vehicle for travel to clients with the ability to get Business Motor Insurance (Mileage paid starting at 35p per mile!)
- Flexible and reliable
- Willingness to undertake the training provided (full training for those new to care)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
- Full wrights to work in the UK
- Digitally & Technologically Proficient

Qualifications :
