What Youll Be Doing Youll help vulnerable clients live safely comfortably and independently in their own homes. Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and respect your responsibilities will include:

• Personal care (washing dressing toileting and incontinence care)
• Medication support (preparation and administration)
• Mobility support (including the safe use of aids and equipment)
• Mealtime support (preparing meals/snacks and feeding if required)
• Light domestic duties (laundry making beds light cleaning)
• Companionship (building meaningful relationships and emotional support)

Qualifications :

What Youll Need (Besides a Cape!) You dont need formal care experience! The skills youve gained from raising a family caring for loved ones or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full paid training is provided. Were looking for:

• Genuine empathy compassion and respect for others
• Reliability and a naturally caring nature
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
