Job Summary
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
510 years of experience as a Release Manager or Deployment Manager in the Banking Domain.
Hands-on experience in preparing Deployment Run Books and managing detailed deployment activities.
Experience working closely with technical teams for deployment activities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills including diagrammatic and timeline-based milestone presentations.
Ability to adapt to challenging working hours and provide off-office hours support for deployments.
Advanced MS Excel skills for checklists and tracking.
SharePoint for documentation and team collaboration.
Familiarity with ITIL processes change management and release governance.
