1. Strong leadership experience in global distributed team setups
2. Strategic thinking with hands-on technical depth
3. Deep understanding of Mechanical Engineering (ME) processes across design
simulation testing and validation
4. Broad expertise in engineering IT tools like CAD (PTC Creo Siemens NX etc.)
simulation/analysis tools (FEA CFD e.g. Ansys) PLM (Siemens Teamcenter PTC
Windchill) & PLM integration and system landscapes
5. Experience in Product Ownership roadmap management and agile/hybrid delivery
models
6. Strong affinity for AI data-driven engineering and digital innovation
7. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
8. Strong project/program management capabilities
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English
