Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and proficient in English
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR Support
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests
Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office HR systems preferred)
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities
Respond to employee inquiries via phone email or ticketing system
Provide accurate information related to HR policies processes and systems
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR records
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR teams when necessary
Ensure service quality and SLA targets are met
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve HR service delivery
