About the Role
As a Graduate Engineer at Dyson you will be part of a structured graduate programme designed to develop future engineering leaders. You will work on real-world engineering challenges contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology and collaborate with cross-functional teams across design development manufacturing and testing.
Support the design development testing and validation of products and technologies
Apply engineering fundamentals to solve complex technical problems
Assist in prototyping experimentation and data analysis to evaluate design performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers software engineers manufacturing and quality teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of products processes and engineering solutions
Document engineering work clearly including reports test results and design reviews
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related disciplines
(e.g. Mechanical Electrical Electronic Mechatronics Software Materials Industrial Systems etc.)Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals
Ability to work effectively in a team-based fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Passion for technology innovation and product development
Curiosity and a hands-on mindset
