Engagement Manager, AWS Generative AI Innovation Center

The Generative AI Innovation Center helps AWS customers implement Generative AI solutions and realize transformational business opportunities. This is a team of strategists scientists engineers and architects working step-by-step with customers to build bespoke solutions that harness the power of generative AI.

We seek an Engagement Manager to lead Generative AI transformation projects. Engagement Managers drive AWS GenAI adoption orchestrate customer engagements and ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions. Engagement Managersset up an effective work framework proactively handle risks and communicate in an effective way with all stakeholders.

This role is focusedonleading transformation projects with autonomy often involving multiple Amazon and customer teams and needingto deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Key job responsibilities
Lead GenAI transformation projects and strategic initiatives
Develop and execute AI adoption strategies aligned with customer business outcomes
Drive innovation through AWS Foundation Models Amazon Bedrock and custom LLM solutions
Orchestrate cross-functional teams including AI/ML experts solutions architects and developers
Identify and develop new business opportunities in GenAI space

The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 23008 monthly.

- 5 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise IT/AI projects using Agile (Scrum SAFe) and traditional methodologies
- Experience managing one or more projects with a combination of 6 resources 5 months or $200k in contract value.
- Strategic thinking and innovation mindset
- PMP and CSM certifications or equivalent project management certification
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and cloud computing platforms
- Experience in technology consulting or professional services
- 5 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise IT/AI projects using Agile (Scrum SAFe) and traditional methodologies
- Experience managing one or more projects with a combination of 6 resources 5 months or $200k in contract value.
- Strategic thinking and innovation mindset
- PMP and CSM certifications or equivalent project management certification
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and cloud computing platforms

- Experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs Foundation Models RAG)
- Executive presence and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts for business audiences
- AWS certification
