What Youll Do

• Rebuild and optimize loan servicing processes to make them faster cleaner and easier for everyone.
• Lead improvement projects including automation system updates new tools and make sure changes stick.
• Partner with Lending Compliance IT and Loan Ops to keep processes aligned transparent and consistent.
• Document workflows so our teams are always audit-ready and in the know.
• Create training materials run workshops and support teams through new processes and system rollouts.
• Champion a culture of innovation by piloting tech gathering feedback and keeping up with industry best practices.
• Track KPIs spot trends and drive data-backed improvements.
• Regularly review workflows for compliance accuracy and reliability.

What You Bring

• Around 5 years in banking loan operations including process-improvement experience.
• Proven experience in project management and system/process overhauls.
• Experience working with loan servicing systems.
• Bachelors in Business Finance Accounting or a similar field (bonus points for a Masters or process-improvement certifications).
