Qualifications
- 12 years of customer service experience required
- Experience in healthcare health insurance managed care or member services preferred
- Call center or customer-facing experience accepted
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance/benefits terminology preferred
- Strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and follow established policies and procedures
