Job Summary

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in finance and accounting gained in sizable organisations of which 2 years should be at supervisory/ managerial level
  • Possession of a recognised professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience in delivering ERP system and the associated business transformation from the user perspective with exposure in leading CPA firms or consultancy firms
  • Good understanding of transportation and real estate business is an advantage
  • Strong project management stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese

Remarks

  • Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to manage the system design and implementation of Finance Systems including Oracle and EPM for a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution
  • Review and recommend relevant system development solutions to support business needs and enhance operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders project teams and technical partners to develop solutions to system and related operational requirements monitor project activities to ensure quality on-programme and on-budget deliverables
  • Manage system roll-out implementation including cut-over activities as well as post roll-out issue fixing and support for smooth transition
  • Develop and execute change management initiatives to engage and communicate with stakeholders for the transformation programme
  • Review and align relevant policies and procedures with new and streamlined business processes
  • Oversee the testing progress of relevant systems to ensure that their functionality meets business requirements
  • Keep abreast with market trends and best practices to optimise system development
  • Lead and coach a team consisting of different Workstream Leads for workshops
