Accountant-ERP Transformation (Ref 260000AX)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the vendor for the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution
• Liaise with internal users to gather and analyse business requirements
• Coordinate and conduct system testing such as System Implementation Test participation and UAT assistance review testing results track issue fixing progress and liaise with end users on retesting to ensure end user requirements are addressed
• Prepare end user training materials and conduct end user training
• Coordinate with and support end users on system rollout implementation such as cutover activities as well as post roll-out bug fixing and support for smooth transition
• Understand and document the business processes with identification of the key pain points for future improvement / streamlining opportunities
• Work closely with IT colleagues to understand both current and to-be ERP state to propose future house-keeping rules for maintaining system performance

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years finance working experience preferably with ERP project experience
• Posession of qualified or student member of a recognised professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant or equivalent is preferred
• With basic understanding of COA requirements Finance and reporting requirements Workflows like core finance process consolidation process and budgeting process
• Prior exposure to transportation and real estate business is appreciated

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
