Job Summary
This Position is for JB#11
Job Purpose
Plan organize & control inspection and test activities at Laboratory & Air monitoring Effluent Treatment Laboratory as per schedule for raw material incoming chemicals stage process products final products and effluent samples to facilitate effective control of production processes & to achieve desired product and effluent quality& Airquality Conceptualize & carryout lab/pilot scale trials for continuous improvement in process & product quality

Job Context:
Focus is on producing products (DG pulp VSF Salt CS2/Acid) at optimum cost and quality suitable for customer the present scenario of global competitiveness to survive and sustain it is very essential to continually improve product quality at par with global benchmark at optimum cost. Rising cost of raw material chemicals & energy fluctuating raw material quality water scarcity ever increasing customer demands for continuous improvement in product quality and stringent environment norms on effluent quality and water consumption has put greater responsibility. Hence continuous evaluation of product quality & process capability and improvements through innovative solutions is essential. At the same time there is a need to continuously evaluate & implement emerging technologies to maintain cost effectiveness & quality competitiveness and help sustain the business.
