In our Global Supply Chain Analytics and Digital Solutions organization you will be a senior analyst in the Procurement Analytics group for chemical sourcing. Your role will drive the change and bring new capabilities to the organization. You will be responsible for driving value across indirect spend categories by combining strategic sourcing expertise with data analytics and digital enablement. This role partners closely with global procurement finance supply chain and business stakeholders to improve spend visibility sourcing effectiveness supplier performance and decision-making speed through modern digital tools and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between procurement sourcing and digital teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Own and continuously enhance data quality ensuring accuracy consistency and reliability of sourcing analytics.
• Drive process automation and operational efficiencies across analytics workflows.
• Partner with Product Owners and Developers to enhance analytics platforms dashboards and systems.
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing support for analytics tools and processes.
• Collaborate closely with global sourcing and systems analysts to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Proactively identify insights gaps and improvement opportunities in procurement analytics.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Analytics Computer Science or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in business analytics data analytics or a similar role.
• Strong experience in data analysis maintenance and stakeholder-facing insights.
• Excellent communication skills with global cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and structuring skills.
• Self-driven and effective in fast-paced ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and improving analytics or business processes.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI (data modeling reporting dashboards).
• Exposure to project management tools and delivery tracking (e.g. Azure DevOps).
• Experience working across global teams and time zones.
• Background in sourcing procurement or supply chain analytics.
• Industrial or petrochemical sector experience a plus.
