Lead diagnostic partnerships that unlock breakthrough therapies and accelerate patient access across multiple disease areas.
Your new role
As a Global Project Sr Lead in our Diagnostics team youll drive strategic partnerships that are critical to launch success and the uptake of key pipeline and in-line this role youll be at the intersection of innovation and executionmanaging diagnostic collaborations across therapy areas that enable patients to benefit from life-changing treatments sooner.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading the execution of diagnostic partnership agreements independently from qualitative and quantitative analysis through to finalization and KPI measurement
- Optimizing execution timelines through continuous analytical assessment and strategic recommendations for specific diagnostic partnerships
- Developing frameworks and playbooks to assist affiliates and educate stakeholders on best practices for diagnostic partnering
- Providing analytical support to build compelling storylines business cases and strategic recommendations for key decision-making forums
- Collaborating cross-functionally with commercial medical affairs market access regulatory and affiliate teams to ensure seamless execution
- Managing relationships with external vendors and agencies to drive progress on prioritized projects
- Assessing value chains identifying pain points and interventions and developing guidance for partnerships in strategic markets
Your new department
In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy medical affairs and business development across all therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained competitiveness upstream and maximising portfolio potential through successful commercial strategies and competitive launches downstream.
Within Product & Portfolio Strategy the Device Diagnostic and Treatment Optimisation team plays a central role in managing diagnostic partnerships that are critical to our success across therapy areas. Novo Nordisks Corporate Strategy has identified diagnostics as a key enabler and our team is at the forefront of driving uptake for both pipeline and in-line assets. Youll be joining a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the patients we serve working in a fast-paced environment where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution.
Your skills & qualifications
Were looking for a strategic thinker with strong project leadership skills and a proven track record of driving results in complex cross-functional environments. Youll bring with you:
- A commercial or scientific masters degree with a minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong foundation in project management and execution
- Proven experience preparing and driving early commercial strategies and activities for assets moving into phase 3 development
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and proactively ensuring progress according to plan and timelines
- Strong analytical capabilitiesyou can turn complex data into clear recommendations and actionable strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions departments and geographies
- Experience in a multinational organization and/or consultancy is highly valued
- Disease or market knowledge within Novo Nordisk therapy areas is a clear advantage
- Outstanding communication skills and the flexibility to reach agreements and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
