Responsibilities:
- Maintain the internet and customer development processes for the sale department
- Coordinate tasks and schedules within a group of sales representatives and other BDC representatives in a call center environment
- Schedule customer appointments and contact existing customers with current sales promotions
- Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and sales questions received via phone and/or internet
- Contribute to high scores for the manufacturers customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Strive for continual improvement in the Business Development Center and in the company as a whole
- Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity
- Understanding of manufacturers specifications and staying up to date with new changes in product
Qualifications:
- Superior communication skills both oral and written
- Strong email and phone presence is necessary
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environmentmust thrive under pressure
- Automotive experience is preferred
- Willing to submit to a drug screen& background check
