Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and manage financial reporting across multiple entities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements tax regulations and internal governance policies.
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and cash flow management at group level.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Drive process improvements financial controls and risk management initiatives.
- Lead and mentor finance teams across entities to ensure consistency and performance.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors banks and regulators.
Key Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification essential.
- 5 10 years post-articles experience including at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong experience in multi-entity reporting and consolidation.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong commercial acumen resilience and high integrity.
