Job Summary
The role is responsible for supporting Treasury/Cash Management Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Treasury Operations & Wire Management
Process outgoing domestic and international wire transfers including wire setup error/reject resolution and systematic processing
Execute daily corporate cash management operations for TIAA subsidiaries and affiliates
Handle Global wire releases/returns and specialized payment processing
Oversee end-of-day (EOD) operations wire releases and daily reconciliations
Manage death overpayment processing and bank report management
Reconciliation & General Ledger Management
Perform daily reconciliations and GL entries within established SLA requirements
Execute variance and reconciliation analysis for cash management operations
Prepare daily treasury management activities including required reports metrics and ad hoc analysis
Support preparation of long-term liquidity forecasts and excess/shortfall cash positions
Banking & ACH Operations
Handle lockbox processing return items ACH confirmations rejects and loan processing
Execute day-to-day bank management strategy including account management service tickets bank fee analysis and bank system administration
Manage bank system administrator functions for various banking partners
Process and track bank fees against budget and maintain banking relationships
Complete KYC requirements with various banks and manage bank account operations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
MBA (Finance) or (Master of Commerce) required
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Banking or related field accepted with relevant experience
Experience
2-5 years total experience in financial services banking or operations
2-4 years of direct experience in Treasury operations banking operations or financial services
2-3 years prior experience managing Treasury functions preferred
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Advanced knowledge of wire processing systems (domestic and international)
Proficiency in reconciliation systems and general ledger processes
Strong understanding of cash and liquidity management concepts
Knowledge of global payment systems and ACH operations
Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and banking platforms
Proficiency in bank system administration and account management
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and presentation
Shift Requirement
Flexibility to work night shifts to support US business hours
