Manager, Agency Transformation Delivery

1. Transformation Program Delivery

• Support and deliver assigned agency transformation initiatives endtoend.

• Drive progress across multiple workstreams and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
  

2. Execution-Focused Project Management Office (PMO)

• Manage PMO processes that effectively facilitate informed decisions and prompt actions.

• Maintain strong governance cadence and followup on agreed actions.

• Identify delivery risks early and proactively escalate and resolve issues.

3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with different divisions across the company to support delivery.

• Align stakeholders on priorities timelines and interdependencies.

4. Data Tracking & Insights

• Monitor delivery progress by evaluating outcome-driven key performance indicators.

• Analyse data to identify gaps in execution adoption or performance.

• Facilitate ongoing enhancement by identifying successful strategies and areas requiring refinement.

5. Driving Adoption & Field Execution

• Support implementation of initiatives with field leaders and agency teams.

• Ensure initiatives are embedded into daytoday agency operations.

Job Requirements :

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience preferably with exposure within agency.

• Experience supporting transformation initiatives strategy execution or business change.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong organisational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable engaging stakeholders and escalating issues constructively.
