We are looking for a F&B Assistant Manager (Shang Palace) to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Shang Palace to ensure seamless service delivery
- Lead and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional personalised dining experiences aligned with Shang Palace standards
- Ensure all guests receive warm attentive and professional service at all times
- Monitor service quality cleanliness and ambiance in accordance with brand and hygiene standards
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally ensuring satisfactory resolution
- Support in staff scheduling training coaching and performance management
- Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and workplace safety regulations
- Assist in inventory control ordering and cost management to meet financial targets
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service
- Support the implementation of promotions special events and seasonal menus
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management Food & Beverage or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a finedining or luxury hospitality environment preferably Cantonese cuisine
- Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience in F&B operations
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Customerfocused mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Wellgroomed professional and able to perform under pressure in a fastpaced environment
