We are looking for a F&B Assistant Manager (Shang Palace) to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Shang Palace to ensure seamless service delivery
• Lead and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional personalised dining experiences aligned with Shang Palace standards
• Ensure all guests receive warm attentive and professional service at all times
• Monitor service quality cleanliness and ambiance in accordance with brand and hygiene standards
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally ensuring satisfactory resolution
• Support in staff scheduling training coaching and performance management
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and workplace safety regulations
• Assist in inventory control ordering and cost management to meet financial targets
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service
• Support the implementation of promotions special events and seasonal menus

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management Food & Beverage or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a finedining or luxury hospitality environment preferably Cantonese cuisine
• Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience in F&B operations
• Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• Customerfocused mindset with a passion for service excellence
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
• Wellgroomed professional and able to perform under pressure in a fastpaced environment
