Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth of our Industry business Unit. The ideal candidate has strong O&G networks a solid understanding of inspection requirements and standards and proven success in building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the companys inspection service portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities market trends and competitive positioning.
Client Acquisition & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs O&G asset owners contractors and manufacturers.
- Lead full sales cycle: prospecting pitching preparing proposals tender submissions negotiations and closing.
Commercial Coordination
- Work closely with technical teams to develop accurate scopes pricing and resource plans.
- Review contracts to ensure risk compliance and margins are well managed.
Marketing & Partnerships
- Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and networking sessions.
- Develop Strategic partnerships.
Reporting
- Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and market intelligence reports to management.
- Track performance against KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years sales/business development experience in TIC/Oil & Gas/Engineering services.
- Understanding of inspection workflows.
- Existing network in O&G companies EPCs or procurement teams will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently.
