As a Sales Service Coordinator in our Fragrance & Beauty Division you will support the sales teams. Sound interesting It could well be your perfect opportunity. If like us you always aim to exceed customer needs deliver value and skilled at fostering strong this exciting role you will:

To support the sales force with general operations such as sending samples following up orders and applying for regulatory documents

支持销售团队的日常运作 包括寄送油样样品协助跟进订单情况系统申请法规文件等

To support sales in making quotation and prepare agreement maintain client database and follow up A/R status and sales data & statistics

帮助销售同事处理报价合同维护客户信息库追踪付款信息销售数据等

Provide other related support to sales team as required

You

Your professional profile includes:

Bachelor degree or above

本科以上学历

1-2 years related working experience in sales support and/or customer care would be an advantage. Fresh graduate will be acceptable

有1-2年销售支持或客服相关工作经验优先考虑优秀应届毕业生也可考虑

Good team player and willing to communicate

良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力

Good communication skills with internal and external parties

良好的内外沟通能力和协调能力

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) is required. (CET6 or above)

英语听说读写能力流利 (CET6或以上)

SAP or ERP experience will be a benefit
