一岗位定位Role Purpose

在 TSA准入先锋团队负责人领导下负责支持 TSA产品在指定区域/渠道/医院层面的医院准入及医保准入落地工作通过平台合作区域推进及院端执行加速 TSA产品可及性支持业务增长目标

二主要职责Key Responsibilities

• 在整体准入策略指引下负责 TSA产品在所负责区域或项目中的医院及医保准入具体推进与执行
• 参与平台合作相关工作包括平台信息收集合作评估支持内部流程执行及渠道培训落地
• 协同 GA及相关职能支持省级医保准入及区域大准入项目的推进与实施
• 根据既定目标医院策略推动院端准入执行包括非临床准入培训及相关支持工作
• 协助推进与准入相关的临床学术支持活动提升院端对 TSA产品价值的理解和接受度
• 持续跟进准入进展识别执行中的问题与挑战并及时反馈和提出改进建议
• 支持准入相关数据收集进度跟踪及材料准备确保信息准确反馈及时

三任职要求Requirements

• 本科及以上学历医学药学公共卫生医保/卫生经济市场或相关专业背景优先
• 具备医院准入医保准入市场准入或相关领域工作经验者优先
• 了解中国医疗体系及医保政策环境对准入流程具有基本认知
• 具备良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力能够支持多方协同推进工作
• 执行力强结果导向能够在既定策略和节奏下有效推进任务
• 具备良好的学习能力和问题解决意识能够在复杂环境中快速理解并响应需求
• 具有一定的数据敏感度和业务理解能力
