Attendance & Revenue Reporting Specialist

What you get to do:

As the Attendance & Revenue Reporting Specialist you will perform various routine accounting/balancing tasks including post revenue entries verify and reconcile financial reporting to system output assist with new product configuration respond to inquiries and other departments to resolve a variety of issues. You will:

• Input data and process accounting documents for multiple parks.
• Use an automated attendance and revenue balancing system (ATRB).
• Run reporting to verify system import data.
• Request information as needed from other departments.
• Collaborate with other teams including IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Take initiative in finding efficiencies to improve current department processes.
• Assist with special projects as assigned from all levels of leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What it takes to succeed:

• Bachelors degree in Business/Accounting or 4 years work experience in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent analytical financial and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills to ensure quality of work meets expected quality standards.
• Team-oriented.
• Ability to use 10-Key is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
