Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Salesforce Tech Lead
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with relevant years in Salesforce development/architecture) to architect develop and lead the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. This role involves technical leadership solution architecture and team mentorship ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design:
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.
Design secure high-performance and future-proof solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Development & Integration:
Lead development using Apex Visualforce LWC and Aura Components.
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs MuleSoft and middleware platforms.
Manage data migrations ETL processes and external system integrations.
Technical Leadership:
Mentor Salesforce developers and admins.
Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and drive DevOps practices.
Manage Gearset CI/CD pipelines Git-based version control and automated deployments.
Platform Management:
Oversee configuration across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Ensure compliance with Governor Limits security standards and performance optimization.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with business analysts product owners and project managers to define technical scope.
Provide technical feasibility analysis and effort estimation.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.
Recommend platform enhancements and new features to optimize business processes

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
B.E or or MCA

Required Skillset:
Core Salesforce Expertise:
oApex Visualforce LWC Aura Components.
oSOQL SOSL Flows Process Builder Validation Rules.

Integration & Middleware:
REST/SOAP APIs MuleSoft Heroku third-party connectors.

Data & Architecture:
oData modeling schema design performance tuning.
oSalesforce DX Scratch Orgs Packaging.
DevOps & Tools:
oCI/CD (Gearset Copado Jenkins) Git VS Code Azure DevOps.
oAutomated testing frameworks and TDD.
Cloud Expertise:
oMandatory: Sales Cloud Marketing Cloud Data Cloud
oGood to Have: Service Cloud Commerce Cloud Experience Cloud Agentforce
Other Technologies:
oHTML CSS JavaScript Bootstrap.
oFamiliarity with AWS/Azure for hybrid integrations.
Certifications (Preferred):
oSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
oSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
oIntegration Architecture Designer System Architect.
Team Management:
oMentor a team of mid-level and junior developers
oExcellent communication leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Certifications in Salesforce Service cloud Data Cloud Marketing Cloud
Excellent skills in HMTL5 CSS3 and Javascript
Hands on experience on APEX Data Loader/Middleware technologies
Experience in building SOAP REST enabled applications (Server to Server Web Services)
Hands on experience on Salesforce lightning Angular
Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) and is a must Skill. Knowledge (JAVA) is desirable and advantageous.
Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration with back-end systems (Oracle EBS SAP etc).
Solid Programming abilities in one or more of the following languages: JAVA Oracle PL/SQL JavaScript
Experience working with source control and continuous integration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
