Job Summary

Attend to all aspects relating to credit documentation and routine related aspects for the Branches. Keep diary system to follow up on conditions of sanction and outstanding collateral items. Prepare review and scrutinize Collateral documents required to ensure the Bank is properly secured for all lending. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Review sanction/corresponding authority from Credit Evaluation.
  • Prepare clients offer letter and supporting collateral documents.
  • Follow up with Relationship Managers on the execution and submission of all collateral documents.
  • Follow up with Relationship Managers on all outstanding collateral documents.
  • Obtain confirmation from the relevant units/departments for security item requiring their inputs. e.g legal confirmation from Legal dept. for Legal Mortgages confirmation of insurance from SIIB etc.
  • Provides reports on facility letters/loan agreements issued and returned.
  • Follow up and ensure regularization of collateral documents by business.
  • Follow up on receipt of original documents for transactions dealt in line with the Scanned Document Process.

Qualifications :

  • BSc Social Science or related field.
  • Relevant professional certification can be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 2-4years experience in the banking industry.
