Job Summary:
Theresourcewillbe responsible foroverseeing role involves coordinating with multiple teams ensuring all requirements are metand deliveredon time. The ideal candidateshouldhavegood understanding ofStakeholder Management Program and Project Managementexcellent communication problem solving skills.
Job role:
- Good experiencein Technical Project and Program management.
- Prior experience in Complex Project Customer Onboardingof any new service.
- Managing stakeholdersand ensure roadblocks are removedduring customer Onboarding.
- Follow escalation path to ensurewe meet the SLA for customer Onboarding.
- Regularreview of the process for Customer process improvements.
- Supporting SAPleadcustomers onboarding for customers signing the ATLAS RISE contract.
- Aligning closely withindifferent SAPstakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle and collaborating with Customer Facing Roles within ECS.
- Coordination withdifferent ECSstakeholders to enable a seamless customer transition experience.
- Creating detailed playbooks covering the onboarding scenarios.
- Maintaining regular alignment with the SAP stakeholders involved in the onboarding process.
- Identifyingand resolving roadblocks during customer onboarding.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for customer Onboarding
- Experience working in complexandlarge-scaleprojects andsupportingday-to-dayactivitiesin SAP ATLAS toolwith less or no supervision.
- Expertiseinidentifyingpotential risks in the process/dataand implementing mitigation strategies toresolveimpact.
- Experience working with cross-functional teamsmultiplestakeholdersand ensure process & sharingstatusreport/ communicationtointernal and external stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing complex data andmakedata-driven decisions tooptimizethe process.
- Goodcommunicationand interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiencyin usingticketingtools(Service Now JIRA etc.)andsoftwarewill be addedadvantage.
- Problem-solvingand attention be proactive in taking ownership for assigned job duties.
- Experience in MS Office toolsrequired.
- End to End accountable for any topic whichariseduringcustomerOnboardingphase.
- Team will take ownership and drive topics which isimpactingthe customer Onboarding journey
- Enablement session to Customer facing role: Teamis responsible forproviding Kick off session to all customer facing role within and outsideECS
- Ensure Master Data for the team is setup
- Responsible to ensure other team follows the Playbook for Customer Onboarding bothNet Newand customers migrating fromDEDtoATLAS
- Weekly alignment with Customer facing roles like (CDMPLTSMIAE ECSP)
- Align with Sales team to ensure the deal is booked in tool likeCPQand SOM
- Conduct Milestone Planning toidentifydatefor each milestone.
- Align withCDMto ensureCASEntitlement is ready
- GUID Mismatches are aligned withATLASCLDteam
- EnsureDEDentry and both internal and customer contacts aremaintainedinATLAS
- Once Commercial statusis BOOKED. Team informs the Build team to kick start the Build
- Team also accountable to ensureSAPfor me is available for Customerand alsoBalance Statement is released without any delay
Work Experience:
- Experience: Proven workexperience in Technical Program and Project preferablywithin ITorganization.
- Prior Knowledge on SAP Products is added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: BachelorsdegreeITor related field.
Location: São Paulo or São Leopoldo (Hybrid Work Model)
