Senior Manager Tax Technology Consulting

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing tax technology solutions for clients and business units within Tax and identifying opportunities that could be resolved through the use of technology.

What you will do

• Participate in department and business unit level technology strategic initiatives;
• Development design and implementation of tax compliance tools (such as income tax solutions) for the business units use and clients where applicable;
• Evaluating the clients tax and business requirements to build the optimal Tax design leveraging on technology;
• Develop/ maintain good working relationships with key client and internal stakeholders and keep them informed of challenges/ risks/ issues with technical solutions being implemented;
• Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes;
• Be in charge and the custodian of the applicable technological tools and templates in use by the business units within Tax & Legal;
• Assist the business units in identifying the global tax technological tools lead implementation/deployment of such tools and customizing/domesticating these tools for proper use by the business unit;
• Actively participate in business development activities aimed at growing the business tax portfolio and revenues;
• Train and coach (classroom and on-job) other staff in the department on the various tax technological tools.

Qualifications :

• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years experience in a relevant role.
• Deep level of experience with Excel Automation and VBA coding
