Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and execute integrated omni-channel marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
- Drive seasonal and annual marketing strategies in line with financial targets
- Enhance brand positioning through innovative and insight-led campaigns
- Identify and leverage emerging trends within the retail and fashion landscape
Campaign & Project Management
- Lead the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns brand activations and special projects
- Compile clear strategic briefs and oversee delivery from concept through to execution
- Manage sponsorships in-store activations and customer experience initiatives
Customer Insights & Experience
- Drive customer research and insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making
- Lead customer experience planning to ensure a consistent and engaging brand journey
- Continuously refine strategies to deepen customer connection and brand loyalty
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership merchants creative production VM and e-commerce teams
- Align marketing initiatives with merchandise planning and trading calendars
- Work in partnership with external marketing agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns
Digital & Print Marketing
- Oversee execution across both digital and print channels
- Lead in-store marketing strategy across all store formats and grades
- Partner with Visual Merchandising to enhance the in-store brand experience within budget
Supplier & Budget Management
- Manage external suppliers and negotiate cost-effective solutions
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets ensuring optimal ROI
- Track analyse and report on campaign performance and effectiveness
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role within retail or fashion
- Strong background in brand strategy and omni-channel marketing
- Demonstrated success in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive business growth
- Experience across both digital and print marketing environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and performance
