The Role and Our Project

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Fullstack Engineer who is passionate about building scalable and well-designed systems using Python GenAI and AWS Lambda. You will work in a modern modular environment where we prioritize writing clean testable code that is easy for teams to maintain over the long term.

In this role you will be responsible for creating microservices that follow clear design principles making sure every piece of code has one specific and defined purpose. You will build systems that coordinate these services efficiently and use a test-first approach to ensure everything we deploy is reliable and predictable. This is an exciting opportunity to scale AI ideas from a simple concept into a full production application used by real customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior AI Fullstack Engineer you will:

• Design and develop microservices where each service and class has one clear defined job to do.
• Build orchestrators that coordinate different services cleanly while keeping the system flexible and easy to update.
• Use Test-Driven Development (TDD) to write thorough unit tests and mock external parts of the system for reliable deployments.
• Set up and maintain strong logging and monitoring tools to track how our services are performing across different environments.
• Work within a modular and well-documented architectural framework to ensure the codebase stays organized.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers data scientists and DevOps teams to deliver features that meet user needs.
• Take AI ideas from the early stages and turn them into full production applications from scratch.

What You Bring

Your strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production-ready AI features are essential for this role.

Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• More than 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Expert-level knowledge of Python which is a core requirement for this position.
• Hands-on experience with modern full-stack technologies like React NodeJS TypeScript and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals including OOPS concepts lazy loading and asynchronous programming.
• Proven experience building production-level AI applications using RAG Vector Storage and LLM FineTuning.
• Working knowledge of multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph and other modern AI orchestration tools.
• Experience taking AI features through the entire lifecycle including QA deployment and security checks.

Desired Skills & Knowledge (Nice-to-Haves):

• Prior exposure to broader Machine Learning (ML) services and advanced deep learning frameworks.
• Experience working in a service-oriented environment with a strong focus on minimal coupling between services.
• Interest in staying ahead of the curve with the latest GenAI and LLM research.
