Senior Test Manager (SAP S4HANA Transformation)
Job Summary
Own and drive the overall testing strategy across SAP rollout programs
Establish scalable governance models and quality standards aligned with SAP Activate methodology
Lead end-to-end testing activities across SIT UAT regression cutover and go-live phases
Manage stabilization and issue triage during hypercare after go-live
Plan and oversee data migration testing in ECCS/4HANA transitions
Define and implement automation strategy to reduce manual effort and increase coverage
Ensure full traceability across tools such as OpenText ALM SAP Solution Manager and Jira
Build meaningful reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decisions (Power BI)
Identify risks early and provide clear recommendations to leadership
Collaborate with global teams and external partners across multiple regions
Qualifications :
University degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in Test Management or QA roles
Experience leading testing within complex transformation programs (system digital or process transformations)
Experience in SAP environments (ECC or S/4HANA) is a strong advantage
Experience in defining test strategy governance and managing end-to-end testing activities
Exposure to test automation tools (e.g. Worksoft Certify or similar)
Experience with ALM tools (e.g. SAP Solution Manager OpenText ALM Jira)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Background in SAP modules (FICO MM SD etc.) is nice to have
